With more than 10 years of continuous teaching experience at secondary and higher education levels in Cameroon and abroad, Guiem Richard is a senior lecturer and researcher in applied mathematics. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and developing innovative solutions. His organised approach allows him to successfully manage the running of courses, interaction with students and correction of assessments. He favours a student-centred approach to teaching, using new inclusive methods that stimulate learners' interest in mathematics. To date, he has already taught around ten modules and trained more than 3,000 students.

Guiem is also actively involved in scientific research. He writes articles for peer-reviewed scientific journals. In addition, he is supervising dissertation work at the Master's level in Applied Mathematics and Engineering. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment complete his professional profile. To date, he has co-authored nearly ten scientific articles and has supervised and is currently supervising nearly ten Master of Science and Master of engineering dissertations.
